Voicemail - £30pa + vat Voicemail option is an easy and useful service to have on your number. Voicemail can be activated when you wish. You have the option of voicemail kicking in if the phone is unanswered after 4 rings* or if the line is engaged or both. An email is sent to a nominated email address and you simply dial up our voicemail line, enter your pin, and then retrieve your messages anywhere in the world. Number Divert - £50pa + vat With this feature you can never miss a call ever again. If your number is unanswered or if it is engaged, number divert can switch the caller over to an alternative number or to a call answering service. Number divert can also go through to a voicemail or can switch to a mobile number (extra charges apply). You decide! Fax2Email If you receive many faxes then this option is a must have for any business. Fax2Email does exactly what it says - it delivers faxes to your email address. We connect an 0845 number to a nominated email address and then you publicise the 0845 as your fax line. With this option you eliminate the need for a fax machine, saving you an annual charge of about £165 for a fax line.
Dial in and instantly re-route your calls to whatever destination you want! One number could be office number, the second could be a home number and the third could be a mobile number. (Please note that there is a charge where calls are diverted to a mobile - £10p/m which includes 90 minutes incoming calls, additional minutes are charged at 11p/m). Specific Date - £50pa + vat Calls are delivered based on specific dates Ratio Distribution - £50pa + vat Calls are distributed to different locations depending on a pre-determined percentage of the total calls.
We can provide you with a number that delivers calls to a pre recorded message. The message can be as long or as short as you wish. We can record your message with a professional voice over or provide you with the ability to record your own message, which you could change every day, if required. |
