The following services can all be added to any of our non-geographic numbers.


AdTracker™ - from £50pa + vat

Voicemail - £30pa + vat

Voicemail option is an easy and useful service to have on your number. Voicemail can be activated when you wish. You have the option of voicemail kicking in if the phone is unanswered after 4 rings* or if the line is engaged or both. An email is sent to a nominated email address and you simply dial up our voicemail line, enter your pin, and then retrieve your messages anywhere in the world.

* you are able to decide how many seconds or rings before voicemail is activated

Number Divert - £50pa + vat

With this feature you can never miss a call ever again. If your number is unanswered or if it is engaged, number divert can switch the caller over to an alternative number or to a call answering service. Number divert can also go through to a voicemail or can switch to a mobile number (extra charges apply). You decide!

Dialled number display - £30pa + vat

This service shows you which number is being dialled. If you have multiple non-geographic numbers forwarding to the same termination number you can see which number the caller has dialled.

Fax2Email

£25pa + vat for the first number. £10pa + vat for all subsequent numbers.

If you receive many faxes then this option is a must have for any business.

Fax2Email does exactly what it says - it delivers faxes to your email address. We connect an 0845 number to a nominated email address and then you publicise the 0845 as your fax line. With this option you eliminate the need for a fax machine, saving you an annual charge of about £165 for a fax line.

All faxes are sent as PDF files and can be stored on your computer. You print out what faxes you want – no wasted paper or ink on junk faxes.


Email2Fax

£25pa + vat for the first number. £10pa + vat for all subsequent numbers

Just the reverse of Fax2Email!

Customer Controlled Routing - from £50pa + vat

Dial in and instantly re-route your calls to whatever destination you want!

One number could be office number, the second could be a home number and the third could be a mobile number. (Please note that there is a charge where calls are diverted to a mobile - £10p/m which includes 90 minutes incoming calls, additional minutes are charged at 11p/m). You can have as many options as you want:

Option 00 is £50+vat
Options 01 and 02 are free of charge
Any options thereafter are £30pa +vat each.

STD Routing - The cost is dependent on the level of sophistication required.

For multi-branch/office companies we can deliver calls on an STD code basis. Could be 2 or 3 offices or could 50 or 100 branches.


Virtual Switchboard from £100 (The cost of this service is dependent on the level of sophistication required)

The service allows you to direct calls to the appropriate department or office without the need to employ an actual receptionist.

1. Up to ten alternative delivery numbers
2. Call roll-over facility if first choice delivery number is busy
3. Out of hours message facility
4. Voicemail facility
5. No on-site equipment required

Time of Day - £50pa + vat

Calls are distributed to different locations depending on the time of day

Day Distribution - £50pa + vat

Calls are sent to different locations depending on the day of the week.

Specific Date - £50pa + vat

Calls are delivered based on specific dates

Ratio Distribution - £50pa + vat

Calls are distributed to different locations depending on a pre-determined percentage of the total calls.

Information Link - the cost of this service is dependent on the level of sophistication required

We can provide you with a number that delivers calls to a pre recorded message. The message can be as long or as short as you wish. We can record your message with a professional voice over or provide you with the ability to record your own message, which you could change every day, if required.
